News of Break in

There is very little crime in Westfield park, but we need to keep it that way. Good neighbours looking out for each other is the key to this, which is why this area is so special today. In addition any crime that does occur can be recorded here so other residents can be aware and vigillant.
If you are effected by crime please inform us here so that we are all aware of it. With such low crime rates in our vacinity it is easy to become complacent.
For damage or theft of privately owned property.
Including fence or wall damage, car damage and theft /burglary.
If reportable to police pleas call 101 or 999 as appropriate!

News of Break in

Tonight I heard that a house at the end of Marguerites Way (backing onto the fields) was broken into yesterday, it was gutted and then defaced.
My thoughts are with the owners and no words can really make amends to what has happened.

It is that time of year when the undesirables may decide to take their chance so I would urge you all to

set your alarms when leaving the house
    look out for your neighbours
try not to leave too many items on display that can be seen through windows
    be vigilant
and unfortunately - suspect everyone and trust no one (unless they are your neighbours of course!)
